Rostelecom organized the protected corporate network for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Nizhny Novgorod Region

October 07, 2015. The Rostelecom company reported^[1] about creation of a single corporate network (VPN, Virtual Private Network) for Head department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation across the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

In accordance with the terms the public contract VPN integrates 73 departments of the client in the cities of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, including Ardatov, Balakhna, Vyksa, Gorodets, Dzerzhinsk, Lukoyanov, Pavlovo, with the central division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Nizhny Novgorod. The single corporate network guarantees safety of the transmitted data, high-speed data exchange between users, high reliability of communication and security blanket against unauthorized access.

Rostelecom cooperates with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Nizhny Novgorod Region for more than 30 years, implementing problems of different level of complexity. Universal telecommunication infrastructure based on which to the client there is a communication range of services became result of the technical solutions implemented in divisions of the organization: high-speed Internet access, digital and SIP telephony.
