The company is formed in 2013 in Hong Kong with orientation to introduction of the last achievements in the growing markets of the Pacific Rim. In December, 2014, the POINT DUME company started roaming WRIX (Wireless Roaming Intermediary Exchange) the GRAPE platform (Global Roaming Access Point Exchange) based on the Data Processing Center (DPC) of PCCW PowerBase in Cyberport, Hong Kong.
