Polycom Concierge is the corporate software, for connection of devices to solutions of Polycom.
On October 12, 2015 the Polycom company announced release of the corporate software which automatically connects personal devices, including the PC and smartphones, to solutions of Polycom.
The Polycom Concierge technology helps to control the meeting course from the user devices connected on a wireless network to solutions of Polycom, including the series RealPresence Group Series, RealPresence Medialign, rooms of Polycom Open Telepresence Experience and the RealPresence Immersive Studio system.

Having entered the room, users will see the familiar interface, the conference call course, exchange of content and to personalize group meetings allowing to control. From the application on the device participants will be able easily to attach other colleagues, to adjust the volume, slope angle of the camera or to switch off microphones. Polycom Concierge allows users to share content from the devices and also to see content of other participants on own device. Besides, it is possible to join a call directly from the calendar wherever there was a participant.
