Why "East Express bank" replaced the former version of RBS with "Internet bank for individuals"

On October 12, 2015 East bank announced start of the upgraded service of Internet banking for individuals.

The implementation project is executed in short terms – from the problem definition moment before start of the final version there passed a little more than six months.

On the basis of studying and the analysis of the user customer behavior of bank transaction and service opportunities of Internet bank are expanded, the interface is improved and simplified. The most demanded services are located on one screen.

Project Results

Internet bank for individuals - the system of Internet banking for clients of East Express bank.

Using Internet bank on the Faktura.ru platform it is possible to pay a large number of services, including housing and communal services, to make obligatory state payments, payments for online services for benefit of more than 2000 suppliers in all Russia.

The Expense analysis service helping to systematize and control costs is implemented. Payments and transfers to clients of bank became simpler:

  • for payment mobile, for example, it is not necessary to select mobile operator, it is rather simple to enter the phone number,
  • statements on cards/accounts became more informative: it is much easier to find necessary transaction in them using context search now.

"Besides that the new Internet bank of East corresponds to the best existing market practices on functionality and "the user experience", with start of a new technology platform of RBS we had an opportunity more actively to involve clients in interaction with bank via the online channel. The flexibility and scalability of our Internet bank will allow us to offer timely clients new user services, to implement new business initiatives. This version will become the effective sales channel of products of bank, and also additional options to them. It is important that the updated service will give to clients the chance to raise the financial literacy and to look at our bank as on the financial assistant, but not just as on credit institution. It will allow to raise a customer loyalty, to stimulate repeated sales and, in strategic perspective, will strengthen positions of East in the market", - Alexey Kazakov, the director of electronic business emphasized.
