IC "Card File of Arbitration Cases"

In February, 2010 the information system of the Supreme Arbitration Court "A card file of arbitration cases" was put into operation, and in March of the same year service of a subscription to obtaining information on affairs and judicial acts Electronic Guard appeared. During this time (for 2011) nearly 7.5 million cases from all arbitration courts of the Russian Federation came to the ring road, she was visited by more than 5 million people, average daily attendance made 113670 visitors. For 2011 113460 specialists who subscribed for 408487 cases used Electronic Guard service.

On the middle of June, 2012 in a system well to more than 9,019,230 cases. Average daily attendance of the ring road grew by 75% and made 200,000 people. Since that moment as service was put into operation, he was visited by 9,161,974 unique users who browsed 220,579,071 pages. Total number of visits was 61,028,826.

Users of services of the Supreme Arbitration Court "A card file of arbitration cases" and "The electronic guard" in the majority is the staff of the large law companies, the practicing lawyers and other agents of the parties participating in processes.

To the ring road and "The electronic guard" such services as "Decisions of arbitration courts", "Breaks in meetings" and "The calendar of court sessions" are integrated. Information is updated at the same time and at once is available to users after unloading by her representatives of courts, and and using mobile devices. Almost right after emergence of all these services, in the middle of May, 2010 there was mobile version of "ring road" for iOS, and at the end of June of the same year — for devices on the Android platform.

There will be also new services. Recently, for example, "The diagram of court sessions" which displays information on meetings, being in buildings of the courts near halls where there are processes was submitted and also allows to get acquainted with substantive provisions judicial the act right after its announcement.

The ring road can be used for making decision on signing of the contract as there is an opportunity to find information on current affairs of the partner and to define his reliability and solvency.

New products of the ring road and other services of an arbitration system of the Russian Federation.

• Search of cards of affairs on a TIN and PSRN of the parties became available. Cases when at manual filling of data different options of writing of names of participants of processes are specified are frequent, and the user had to look for affairs separately to each of them. Now, in case of carrying out search using numbers, it will be the most exact.
• Besides search capabilities when entering the file number and the choice of court are expanded. If the prefix of the specified case does not match the selected court, then in search issue the cards corresponding to the main file number and sequence number of matter in the specified court will be displayed.
• The special attention is deserved by services of a subscription for information on affairs "Electronic guard" and submission of documents in electronic form in courts "My arbitrator". Now to manage subscriptions on affairs and it is possible to file documents to courts from one office. Also in "The electronic guard" appeared an opportunity to add comments on subscriptions and to separate them into categories of "case" and "participants".
• For all the time of existence of My Arbitrator service 496,914 documents from which it is accepted 442,136 are filed it is accepted in work. Pv the period since the beginning of the current year on the middle of June it is already given 239,155 and 215,814 documents are accepted that about the same as for all 2011. 200,454 subscribers use Electronic Guard service for today that for 20% exceeds the number of users for the end of 2011.
• In the middle of May, 2010 appeared mobile application of "ring road" for iOS, at the end of June of the same year — for devices on the Android platform, and in February, 2012 and for WP7. From the moment of emergence of the application they were installed by 35,100 people.
• In May, 2012 for the application on Android there was an opportunity to store the necessary documents in memory of the device that allows to work with them without Internet connection. In the near future the given functionality will appear for iOS and WP7.
• Within improvement of Card File of Arbitration Cases service implementation of display of a card of bankrupt case in which in addition to general information about a procedural stage of bankruptcy users will be able to browse requirements of creditors and the solution on them is planned. Besides the Decisions of Arbitration Courts service will be finished, namely the number of possible viewings affairs without narrowing of search criterions will increase.
• Also one more wish of users is implemented. In the nearest future there will be a possibility of unloading of information on a meeting in a different format and its synchronization with iCal and Google Calendar.
• The main waiting many specialists is connected with creation of a similar system for courts of law. Outdated Justice state automated system already not fully answers modern information realities and, according to most of experts, cannot compete with the ring road on the level of availability, clearness, execution of the interface and informative filling from the necessary information integrated by the system of effective search.
