The Respublika network controls cash flow using the First BIT

October 15, 2015. The First BIT company announced automation of control of accounting of income and expenses in 17 book shops clubs of Respublika network.

Goals and Objectives

The solution to increase control of cash flow, income and expenses was accepted the management of network of unique bookstores in connection with the aspiration to develop and open new points of sales. The first BIT provided to the customer the suitable tool for accomplishment of an assigned task.

Project Progress

Specialists of the First BIT automated work of 10 jobs of financial department and department of accounting. Implementation of software solutions "BIT. Finance: Prof" and "1C: Accounting 8 CORP" gave the chance to control and analyze income and expenses of retail chain stores and also accelerated obtaining managerial reports. Besides, "1C: Accounting 8 CORP" allows to keep account on all shops in uniform information base with expanded analytics on divisions.

Training of employees of the customer was provided in operating conditions in process of introduction of each block to operation. The treasury, budgeting, management accounting on the chart of accounts, obtaining managerial reports were automated.

Result

In the course of implementation of software solutions data acquisition methods for management accounting which were used in the company earlier were united in the uniform automatic mode of broadcasting. The mechanism of accounting of investments was developed for more detailed expense analysis in retail network.

In a project deliverable dates of receipt of managerial reports were cut by half and three times the labor input of expense control decreased, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

It is important that the implemented software solution was rather simple in use, and we studied work with it during project implementation".

"The customer provided us templates of managerial reports: balance, profits and losses, DDS. On them we configured report forms and the user interface. At the same time the mechanism of control of convergence of data managerial and accounting was developed", – Sergey Rusakov, the head of the central office of The First BIT company tells.

"Republic" is not just network of bookstores. Each shop represents the cultural center of the European level, differs from other shops of network in original design and realizes a new format of sales and communication with clients. Not only book products, but also unique, rare goods, such as, for example, traffic jams with the coded lock are offered to buyers. Moreover, guests of shops can have a rest in corporate cafe with a wide choice of dishes and also visit a cinema hall, the presentations of books, concerts of popular contractors and other cultural actions.
