Content

October 16, 2015. The First BIT company reported[1] about the implementing solutions "1C: Enterprise Accounting" of edition 3.0 and "1C: Payroll and HR Management" of edition 2.5 in Viva-Star printing house.

Choosing a Solution

Some time ago the management of Viva-Star printing house had a need for ensuring interaction between the internal program of the customer in which managers work with the accounting program. Also there was a need of receiving relevant forms of the regulated reporting with a possibility of automatic filling on the basis of the data entered into the program, reflections of specifics of accounting of the customer in printed forms, in a method of starting the nomenclature and acceleration of processing of data namely creation of a necessary packet of printed forms "from one window".

The company management made the decision on creation of the single accounting system which would allow to automate all tasks connected with operational delivery of the regulated reporting and fast payroll of staff of printing house. When updating of the program used at that time there were difficulties, besides, in it control facilities of correctness of the entered data and transactions were not implemented that led to errors, explained in First BIT.

Project Progress

The management of "Viva-Star" charged project implementation of implementation of The First BIT company, to office "to m Semyonovskaya". As a result of the conducted examination of accounting tasks of the customer products of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system as they, according to representatives of printing house, have required functionality were selected, are regularly updated by developers and correspond to specifics of the company.

Specialists of First BIT installed the programs "1C: Enterprise Accounting" of edition 3.0 and "1C: Payroll and HR Management" of edition 2.5, performed their tuning, data transfer, made reconciliation of a remaining balance, debugged the mechanism of exchange with the internal program of the customer, provided user training.

Result

Timely and precise calculation of salary taking into account features of printing house was as a result provided, formation of the regulated reporting is automated.

On a response of the customer, according to the results of the project by 1.5 times document handling "Revenues to the checking account", "Write-off from the checking account" accelerated; the number of corrections in accounting records was reduced by 50%; the specified (adjustment) declarations on the VAT are given from the first (were given on 2-3 times earlier); by 1.5 times document handling "Goods and service receipt", "Sales of goods and services" accelerated; payrolls of all staff of printing house take 2 hours against 2 days now earlier.

The implemented system allowed to accelerate processing of different documents, to reduce the number of corrections in the reporting and to accelerate payroll calculation of staff of printing house. Moreover, after implementation the specified declarations on the VAT are always given from the first.

Programs provide the various automated control facilities of correctness of the entered data which allow to exclude almost completely the errors connected with 'a human factor', to eliminate duplication of functions, to achieve reduction of labor costs on accomplishment of financial transactions and, finally, to achieve economy of funds of Viva-Star printing house" — Galina Tuzlukova, the chief accountant of Viva-Star printing house summed up the project results.
