October 22, 2015. FinPlan (financial planning, financial planning) represents the automated system allowing to store, consider, process and issue data on the financial plan and the actual execution of the financial plan based on financial and economic organization activity.

A system allows to create reports for the selected intervals of time and also to provide electronic passing of stages of approval and the approval of financial plans across the centers of the financial responsibility of the CFD.

The feature of a system is that she is capable to process a large number of primary documents automatically. Primary documents are loaded into a system by special procedures of import. The developed automatic processors allow to load documents both from the internal accounting systems of the enterprise, and on axis the received files of bank statements (bank client) on accounts of the organization in banks.

For the accounting systems constructed based on 1C and also the different systems the client bank import of finance documents is performed from the standardized text files. In case of existence of the special accounting systems in the company additional setup of parameters of loading in import transactions is necessary.

A large number of report forms and charts in a system show information on operational execution of the financial plan in the company, for any selected time frame, allow to make the authentic analysis in different cuts (on the centers of the financial responsibility, articles of the financial plan, performance of agreements, etc.) and also demonstrate trends in the movement of cash flows.

Charts and diagrams supplement a picture of work of the organization (holding) as nagyadny materials with a possibility of unloading in systems Microsoft Word and/or Microsoft Excel or other.

System configuration is implemented on CRM 2.4 core. Scalability, the shablonizirovanny interface with elements of automatic adjustment under specifics of work of each user, convenience of the interface, integration with the majority usual for users of applications (email clients, the MS Excel, etc.), provides ease and speed of system learning.

Journalizing and audit of all changes made by users in a system and the developed subsystem of an administirovaniye of access allow to resolve issues of control of actions of users and distribution of access to modules, functions and reports in a system.
