The system of exchange of electronic legally significant documents with partners based on the product TerraLink xDE in EFES Rus company

Need of transition of Efes Rus company to electronic document management (e-document flow) was caused by requirements of key clients who already began to use services of Operators of e-document flow for exchange of legally significant documents. The project on system implementation of exchange of electronic legally significant documents became natural continuation of the project on implementation of uniform financial archive based on SAP Document Access by OpenText implemented in 2013.

The main requirements of Efes Rus to the platform for project implementation were:

• Compliance uniform IT to the policy of the Company
• Integration with corporate electronic archive at the SAP Document Access by Open Text platform
• Use of the standard SAP interface for work of users.

For the organization of electronic document management a choice was made for benefit of the product TerraLink xDE which gives additional opportunities of electronic exchange of finance documents:

• Integration with the SAP ERP system
• Opportunity for work with documents in the usual user interface of the SAP ERP system with a full support of functionality of operators of e-document flow
• Full compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of e-document flow.
