For project implementation Rostelecom constructed more than 3 km of a fiber line of communication to the territory of a complex and created multimedia and multiservice network to provide wire line access in the Internet and to provide services of telephony to owners and tenants of a complex. Besides, the telecom operator organized network of wireless Internet access on Wi-fi technology in exhibition halls where during exhibitions capacity of an Internet channel makes 500 Mbps.
