EDDS the 112th Khimki

Within the project on creation of the Automated system of EDDS-112 of the city district Khimki, the center of call acceptance which implements the following functions is implemented:

  • the round-the-clock call acceptance from the population
  • registration of all telephone sessions, including a call recording
  • the organization of service of automatic call-down of group of subscribers for the purpose of necessary informing
  • integration of communication hubs with an internal information system of service EDDS-112

The arsenal of technical means of the implemented project includes the digital IP PBX of Agathe UX 3420, program Call center of Infinity, the certified SPRUT-7 recording system. Agathe UX's IP PBX carries out tasks of primary acceptance and routing of calls. The station provides number identification of the calling subscriber and transfers him to Call center of Infinity. The software of Infinity evenly distributes calls on a local network to the operators registered in a system. Functionality of Infinity also allows to create and start processes of call-down of necessary group of subscribers. Attendant workstation represents the application allowing to accept and manage telephone connections, to set the status of readiness of processing of a call. At emergency emergence, the operator can start in advance created project on call-down, thus, the fastest is reached bringing information to responsible persons and response to a situation.

Reservation of communication channels is performed using analog ports of the IP-ATS station Agate of UX. In case of interruptions in a computer hardware and/or a data network, calls arrive to operators on analog telephone sets. Such approach provides the maximum level of service of communication, even in case of shutdown in power supply. The recording system of SPRUT-7 certified through the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation provides record of all talk without compression and digital conversion.

The unrolled system provided an operational and qualitative receive mode and processings of appeals to dispatching service. It is possible to say with confidence that each call will be accepted, and each signal will be fulfilled.
