The Citigroup construction company implemented electronic archive "Etla"

October 24, 2015. The Atlas Soft company reported^[1] about implementation of electronic archive Etla in Citigroup construction company.

Choosing a Solution

Creation of reliable document storage of the company and also convenient and fast search mechanism of the necessary document was the main objective set by the management. After the analysis of the storage systems of documents existing in the market, the Citigroup company stopped the choice on the solution of Atlas Soft. As such storage the system of electronic archive Etla which completely approached under requirements of the customer was selected, namely:

• Transparent and simple archive, without excess functionality
• The accessibility to archive from any device (the PC, the notebook the tablet, the mobile phone) not being in a local area network from any point of the country.
• Possibility of fast registration, both electronic documents, and their scanned copies.
• Lack of restrictions for the number of documents in archive
• Quick search, with a possibility of its setup under user requirements
• Existence of a possibility of simple bulk import in the system of already existing documents and their scanned copies
• Rapid implementation of a system by own efforts, at the investigation of what there have to be simple mechanisms on setup of a system (editors and designers)

Project Progress

Within two weeks specialists of Citigroup independently:

• In a subsystem of administration of a system built structure of archive
• Got in the system of users and user groups
• Distributed access for users and to user groups to different sectors of archive
• Using the editor of cards created cards of documents for all registered document types in a system
• Created a set of necessary reference books
• Created a number of rules of automatic numbering, automatic naming and automatic placement of the documents registered in archive.
• In the report generator constructed necessary reports

During implementation of this project the Citigroup company very quickly and by own efforts implemented the system of electronic archive Etla to which all working documents according to completed projects in the scanned type and also all internal documents of the company were transferred. Due to quick access to documents from any device and from any place in the world the qualitative step forward in development of the company was taken.
