According to the project, up to 27 thousand tons of whole milk finished products and 2 thousand tons of cheese are planned to be produced annually at the Ozeretsky Dairy Plant. The first phase of the complex will include four production lines specializing in the manufacture of soft cheeses: cottage cheese, feta, mozzarella and suluguni. The capacity of each line will be 5 tons of finished products per day with the possibility of increasing to 15 tons.

It is expected that the new plant will be able to process up to 900 tons of milk per day. The range of products will include various types of cheeses, including soft curd, feta, brynza, mozzarella and suluguni.

The project was implemented with the support of the Construction Assistance Center under the Government of the Moscow Region. After the commissioning of the facility, more than 200 new jobs will be created in the Dmitrovsky urban district.

The representative of Glavgosstroynadzor of the Moscow Region said that the developer had begun to collect a package of documents necessary for putting the building into operation. This means that production can be launched soon. The increase in production capacity will not only meet the growing demand for dairy products in the region, but also potentially expand the geography of supplies.[1]
