Who became integrator in the project of "The center of development of purchases of RT"

On October 22, 2015 the NAUMEN company announced creation of electronic platform on the basis of technology of Naumen ETP by request of SUE RT "Centre razvitiya zakupok Respubliki Tatarstan".

Project Progress

For October 22, 2015 the Etpzakupki.tatar electronic trading system works in a stage of day-to-day running.

Use of the scalable platform "Naumen Electronic marketplace" ("Naumen of ETP") helped to automate a full stroke of purchases, increasing functionality of ETP and to achieve optimization of total costs SUE RT "Centre razvitiya zakupok Respubliki Tatarstan" on creation of the platform.

The multifunction electronic trading system represents the Internet service to the address etpzakupki.tatar having the opened and closed parts.

In an open part public information on purchases and sales electronically is placed, including, there is a searching tool of trade procurement procedures and she does not demand registration of users.

The closed part of electronic platform contains a personal account of the user and all necessary for the organization, holding trade procurement procedures, the functionality, access to which customers and bidders is provided after passing of registration procedure on ETP.

Along with automation of basic processes according to the declaration and carrying out purchases, signing of the contracts and obtaining the analytical reporting, the NAUMEN developer taking into account requirements SUE Center of Development of Purchases of the Republic of Tatarstan implements functions of setup of tariff plans, methods of purchase and control, the mode of the additional notice of customers, the specialized organizations, operator of the platform and bidders.

For operational obtaining by the operator of ETP of data on payment of bidders (suppliers) and to their automatic accounting in billing integration of electronic marketplace with an internal accounting system is executed. Implementation of this task provides a possibility of automatic transfer of the money which arrived from the bidder to his virtual personal account opened on ETP etpzakupki.tatar and further to manage a deposit according to the set rates. In turn, the participant has an opportunity in real time to control remaining balance and the history of account transactions. The electronic trading system is integrated with the all-Russian website zakupki.gov.ru for automatic information transfer about purchases.

Project Results

For example, using the platform ensuring needs of the XVI World Cup in water sports of 2015 in Kazan was performed".
