Dell Hybrid Cloud System for Microsoft (DHCS) is a hybrid cloud platform, it is based on the cloud system Microsoft Azure standard. Is followed by the financial Dell Cloud Flex Pay platform for payments, depending on the selected cloud services.
On October 22, 2015 the Dell company together with Microsoft, within the industry Dell World conference, in Austin, Texas, the USA, presented corporate solution under the name Dell Hybrid Cloud System for Microsoft (the hybrid cloud system of Dell - DHCS). The solution was presented by heads of the companies - Michael Dell and Satya Nadella that gave the chance to community[1] to experience importance of the moment[1].

Releasing business solution of DHCS, the management of the companies focuses attention on risk reduction at placement of data in a hybrid cloud solution. These risks stop many corporate clients from work with third-party cloud services.
The technology principle of work of a hybrid cloud is based on use of locally set business applications and/or the equipment, a private cloud and a part of services of a public cloud with the joint coordination or orchestration of resources of both platforms. Today many specialists in the field of cloud computing consider hybrid clouds a key component of the future transformation of IT infrastructures, especially for large business.
According to Michael Dell there are three reasons for which the companies reluctantly transfer critical data to clouds: complexity, risks, cost. DHCS is focused on decrease in influence of these three factors, expanding in the platform of a safety feature, customization and compatibility.
As opposed to difficult process of classical migration in a cloud when the companies are forced to put a downtime in the working schedule, reintegration of applications and entering of corrections into software, a hybrid cloud solution from Dell and Microsoft it can be developed less than in three hours, removing a question of complexity of migration. A system provides to consumers a possibility of unblocking of additional functions on demand, scaling of computing powers and storage systems independently directly using Microsoft Azure. In addition, Dell guarantees service maintenance within uniform SLA (the agreement on the service layer, Service Level Agreement).
Access restriction for control and data management is considered the most important factor which is slowing down migration of the enterprises in clouds. As the solution of a question for DHCS the special manager of cloud processes of Dell Cloud Manager (DCM) is developed for the protected setup and management of several cloud structures from the single console.
According to partners in the project, the combination of Azure and DCM should help IT departments of the companies with creation of a single platform for security management and component interaction. Microsoft integrated Azure backup directly into a cloud platform, providing to users a possibility of creation of storage of cloud data for remote data protection and backup of virtual machines. Regarding ensuring functionality of disaster recovery Microsoft provided the Azure Site Recovery system developed for protection of critical applications against unforeseen idle times.
Process of disaster recovery recreates primary system in the first location and secondary in other system, at the same time all data in both systems are ciphered in real time.
