RVi Operator

RVi the Operator - the software for the IP equipment (The IP camera and IP видесерверы).

For October 23, 2015 the software of RVi the Operator supports all equipment of RVi (for the 64-bit version Windows 7 and 8).

On October 23, 2015 the RVi Group company announced upgrade of software Operator and release of version 1.5.0.

The types of the equipment managed by software Operator (2014)

The changes which were a part of release

• Use of resources of the processor during the work with the application is optimized, performance is increased.
• The feature for export/import of the database of application controls is added.
• Display of a current status of record of channels in archive of a system is added.
• Functionality of the Write Mode and Flow Type Selection on Record tabs in settings of archive of a system are postponed for the Record Parameters tab.
• The component of graphic display of records in the player of archive of a system is replaced.
• The search algorithm of suitable records of archive when installing time limits is processed - hit of record in the set time frame is defined by accessory of any its part to the selected interval.
• The feature for closing of a video cell in own archive of devices is added.
• The stop of reproduction of record of own archive of the device at start of export of records of this device is automated.
• On the Adding/removal of Devices tab:
  • the reference information about quantity and type of devices in perimeter Is added.
  • the search capability of devices in perimeter Is organized.

• The appearance and functionality of a message box of the current session is processed:
  • additional information columns Are added.
  • the feature for filtering and sorting of data of a window Is added.
  • fixing of the minimum sizes of a window Is cancelled.
  • the possibility of setup of a message box of the current session Is implemented.

• Switching to the Tree of Devices tab in case of closing of broadcast of the channel at the open PTZ tab is automated.
• The information display algorithm about active alarms in a disturbing window is changed:
  • On a dashboard over a cell the name only of one disturbing rule activated by the last is displayed.
  • the List of disturbing messages is replaced with the table in which only alarms active at present are displayed.

• The mechanism of operation of the System Magazine and Archive of a System buttons is changed to control panels, repeated clicking leads to transfer of focus to the corresponding window, but not to its closing.
• The feature for the choice of the maximum quantity of the messages displayed in the system magazine is added.
• The formulation of a number of information messages in the system magazine is changed.
• Layouts of 6x8(48 channels) and 8x8(64 channels are added).
• Display of the version of installed application in windows of authorization and a primary window of the application is added.
• A number of the interface completions is executed, the style of application components is processed.
• Minimum admissible volume of the directory of archive up to 10 GB is increased.

The eliminated defects

• The defect of reconnection of the device after change of the IP address is eliminated.
• Correct validation of the entered data at change of the IP address/port of the device added to perimeter is recovered.
• Transition to an inactive status of the button of removal of devices from perimeter is implemented if any device is not selected.
• Indication of the selected layout configuration in the list of empty grids at automatic replacement of the layout by big is corrected.
• Journalizing of an event if it is unavailable one or several directories of archive of a system is corrected.
• Display of a static frame of record of own archive of the device during removal of the device from structure of perimeter in the course of viewing is eliminated.
