MFMSolutions increased efficiency of conducting document flow using Docs on bpm’online

On June 15, 2018 the company "Software technologies" announced implementation EDMS "docs on bpm’online" in the company MFMS.

The need for formation of uniform electronic storage of agreements and automation of process of their approval raised a MFMS question of the choice of the corresponding electronic document management system before the management.

Among the main demands made by the company to future EDMS the friendly interface and also adequate cost of a product were noted a possibility of the organization uniform for front-office and back-office of information space, arrangement of all components of a system in the closed network, easy adaptation of users to work in a system.

Based on testing of docs on bpm'online the decision on its acquisition was made. System implementation on workflow automation began at the beginning of 2018.

The project including collecting and approval of requirements for functionality, modeling and development of processes of approval, user training and trial operation of a system by the staff of different divisions was implemented by forces of the customer and came to the end three months later. At the end of March, 2018 the company already completely passed to electronic document management.
