2018: Implementation of the CRM system based on bpm’online sales

On September 27, 2018 the NORBIT company announced implementation of the CRM system based on the bpm'online platform of domestic vendor Terrasoft in Essilor-Luys-Optika company.

The updated information system allowing to regulate and accelerate processes of customer interaction became a project objective. For September, 2018 in a system all sales department and a client service of the customer works. Using the bpm'online tools users collected the complete information about the market for formation of the updated commercial strategy.

Need to automate the existing commercial processes for increase in a share of the company in the market and to use resources of a command of sales most effectively became a basic reason of implementation of the CRM system in Essilor-Luys-Optika. As the IT system specialists of NORBIT offered bpm’online sales. This solution manages all sales cycle: from requirement analysis and the commercial offer, before formation of "a funnel of sales", planning of visits, segmentation of clients, forecasts and the facts of sales.
