October 28, 2015. In "NPO Splav reported[1] about project implementation on automation of planning and the cost accounting on production based on "Parus – Enterprise 8".

Project Progress

Within the first stage job order costs planning on materials and purchased components is automated.

Using a system the structure of products, base of the normative reference information about products, materials and component parts is conducted, sheets of a complete set and material security of orders form, on the basis of data of the sheet of a complete set and inventory control job order calculation of materials requirement and the purchased components (PC) as in quantitative, and value term is performed.

Result

As a result of project implementation the number of users of a system based on Parus increased by 320 people (designers, technologists, the staff of dispatching service, service of supply) and reached 810 people.

Within the project integration of software "Parus — Enterprise 8" into the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 system (module "Accounting") for the purpose of transfer to 1C of these receipt orders, goods issue slips on material issue and PKI from the central warehouses in workshops, acts of write-off of materials and PKI in production, payment orders is implemented.

Development Plans

In the closest plans of NPO Splav — automation of calculation of planned labor input and on its basis — the planned cost of orders, but also, calculation of capacity requirement. In particular, it is necessary to implement maintaining routes of processing of parts and assembly units (DSE), route charts of DSE with indication of labor input by types of processing, transactions, professions and models of the equipment.
