Ageas implemented a complex solution package for insurance on the basis of SAP S/4HANA

This cloud corporate packet is the ready complex offer on optimization of all insurance processes — from sales and operating activities before management of finance. The full range of SAP solutions for work in a cloud environment which supports all lifecycle of insurance, including internal processes and customer interaction is included in the package.

The complex corporate solution package placed on a hosting by SAP for insurance is created on the basis of the SAP solution S/4HANA offering the simplified instruments of customer interaction by means of the SAP HANA platform. It includes more than thirty SAP solutions and the opportunities of omnichannel interaction given to hybris, the company of the SAP group. Basic solutions support maintaining insurance contracts, the quotation of risks, acceptance on insurance, insurance claims, sales charges, collectings and payments and also financial transactions, purchases, personnel management and corporate analytics.
