"AFM-Servers" implemented a system "1C: Document flow 8 CORP" in "The Far East energy management company"

October 28, 2015. The AFM-Service company announced end of system implementation "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" in "The Far East energy management company". The system which covered 200 jobs integrated work of five divisions of the enterprise deleted from each other on thousands of kilometers. Formation of primary requests for construction of power facilities, estimate documentation and personnel orders is transferred to an electronic form. As a result paper document flow is reduced more than twice. Twice processing and approval of finance documents, agreements of contractors and suppliers of construction materials and the equipment accelerated. It helps the company to manage quickly implementation of investment projects in the conditions of remoteness of production divisions from the center of decision making and a difference in time zones and also to uninterruptedly supply construction objects with all necessary resources.

Choosing a Solution

Expansion of geography of construction objects, growth of number of traveling employees, continuously increasing volume of the processed documents led to the fact that the electronic document management system used earlier ceased to provide requirements of the company: data exchange between divisions was delayed, on approval and agreement signature more and more time began to leave. The management of JSC DVEUK made the decision on transfer of the enterprise on a new electronic document management system which would help to organize reliable document storage, to accelerate their formation and processing, to reduce time for approval of agreements and financial documentation. Besides, it was required to strengthen control of performing discipline of employees.

For financial and economic management in the company the information system created based on 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management therefore for workflow automation the solution of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system - "by 1C was also selected is already successfully used: Document flow 8 CORP". The AFM-Servers company became the partner in implementation.

Now in a system 200 accountant officers, financial, estimate, project, legal and other departments of JSC DVEUK work.

Key results of the project:

• The processing system, uniform for all divisions, is created and storages of documentation Are differentiated areas of responsibility of divisions and individual employees of the company, individual rules of access to a system are configured. It reduced time for search and formation of documents. Documents are reliably protected from unauthorized access, loss of originals is excluded.

• Formation and approval of primary requests for construction, estimate documentation, personnel orders is transferred to an electronic form. As a result the volume of paper document flow decreased more than twice.

• Seamless integration of a system with the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" significantly simplified work with documents:
• The scan copy of primary documents is stored not in different programs now as it was earlier, and in base 1C: Document Flow. Any employee, for example, the project manager, can without leaving a window of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management system to browse the corresponding requests, agreements, estimate documentation, payment documents, etc. which are stored in base of document flow. It significantly saves working time of users.
• At approval of documents the user can receive in the workflow system data from 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 on the absent employees, about for what reason and for what term there is no approving person who substitutes it at present. It helped to exclude dead times at document transfer on an approval chain. As a result approval of finance documents, agreements of contract organizations and also suppliers of construction materials and the equipment accelerated more than twice, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
