The first BIT optimized management of finance in affiliated enterprise JSC Lenenergo

October 30, 2015. The First BIT company announced control automation by finance in "Power service company Lenenergo", affiliated enterprise JSC Lenenergo. The project was implemented in record three months and allowed to reduce labor costs by preparation of financial statements of the company, in particular, to receive the plan-fact analysis in a foreground mode.

Project Progress

The automation system is constructed based on the flagman solution of the First BIT - "By BIT .FINANS. Management accounting", integrated with the 1C: Accounting 8 program.

The first BIT implemented Budgeting and Treasury blocks thanks to what the risk of cash gaps considerably decreased. At the same time requests for a funds expenditure are accepted on the built scheme of approval of payments now. A system exercises control under the articles and the CFD, and process of formation of payment schedules by agreements is completely automated. Setup of the Reporting block allows to make operational collecting of actual data and the plan-fact analysis. Specialists of integrator organized data exchange between information bases "1C: Accounting" and "BIT .FINANS" and their unloading online.

Result

As a result of implementation "Power service Lenenergo companies" could reduce time for preparation of reports several times: from one week to one day, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
