What requirements are conformed by infrastructure of Holiday Inn Ufa hotel

On October 28, 2015 it became known of creation of IT infrastructure in Holiday Inn Ufa hotel. With the contractor in the project the Beltel company integrator worked.

Project Progress

In the course of project implementation the equipment and software of global manufacturers is used - for construction of telecommunication infrastructure technologies of Avaya company are used.

At the organization of Wi-fi network new access points of Avaya WLAN of series 9100 are used.

Used series 3500 Avaya switches with technology of failsafe stacking to creation of a local computer network of hotel. Switches are simple in installation, management and use; they can be set in the open environment out of a switching compartment.

Within the project the Beltel company implemented a management system for the building (BMS) on 4 thousand controlled points for automation and scheduling of systems:

• ventilation and conditioning,
• the electric power equipment,
• internal and outside electric lighting,
• thermal point,
• water supply,
• cold supply,
• equipment of the number of rooms,
• illumination (dimmirovaniye) of public zones, including a reception and a lobby.

Illumination of public zones upon the demand of the hotel operator is executed according to the international standard KNX.

• UPATS of Avaya Aura R6 (G450 MP160 MEDIA GATEWAY)
• Tiger TMS production system for ensuring functionality of tariffing and voice mail
• ACS: KABA Saflock
• Beward video surveillance system
• BMS: Siemens Simatic
• Illumination of public zones: Siemens Gamma

Project Results

The created infrastructure meets the requirements of the international network Intercontinental Hotels Group and helps to ensure a maximum of comfort and safety to hotel guests.
