On October 28, 2015 it became known of delivery of cloud services of De Novo and implementation of e-services for citizens of Odessa region by request of the Odessa RSA[1].
Project Progress
Cooperation of the Odessa RSA and De Novo began with signing of the bilateral memorandum according to which in a cloud of De Novo placed services of a public reception and unrolled the portal of direct electronic democracy - service where everyone can join discussion and addition of the Odessa packet of reforms.
