On October 27, 2015 it became known of an implementation project of a management system for trade inventories of Avarda.InventoryManagement in federal network of Baucentre DIY hypermarkets. Integrator Ansoft company.

For October 27, 2015 the first stage of implementation is completed.

Project Results

Manage all main business processes of external logistics in Baucentr using functionality of the implemented system. Process of management of trade inventories is included in a common information space which core is Avarda ERP system.

The functionality of the software solution completely maintains specifics of structure of warehouses and an assortment variety of the company, helps the staff of purchasing department to create with guarantee orders according to the diagram of any complexity, relying on the restrictions set by rules and recommendations – on the total amount, volume or weight of the order.

Avarda.InventoryManagement helps to consider seasonal and week trends, uneven demand and other parameters, to calculate requirement of each trade division, both for direct deliveries in shop, and for consolidated in distribution centers.

Maria Sviridova, the head of supply of the Kaliningrad branch of Baucentre network, noted: "In addition to double increase in speed of turnover of goods on the most indicative commodity groups, reduction of time expenditure of the department on excess order processing - about 1 thousand hours a year is noted that is comparable with six months of work of one employee".
Maxim Komlyakov, the deputy CEO of Ansoft company, told: "The success of the project in huge degree is promoted by special attention of the guide of the retailer to it. For October 27, 2015 the next stage of the project in the course of which it is necessary to transfer processes of management of internal logistics of Baucentre to the Avarda.InventoryManagement system proceeds, to provide better interaction management with third-party distribution centers and 3PL-operators.
