"When choosing a solution for automating the processing of IT requests in our organization, we proceeded not only from the functionality of the Service Desk system. Several criteria were important for us, among which an important place was taken by the supplier's experience in setting ITIL processes, mobility, an adequate understanding of what methods should be used to implement changes in the structure of our work.
The InfraManager team invited us to implement a project to automate the technical support service with the help of "quick victories" - that is, to move forward in small steps with tangible results. As a result, after two days of training, we received not only the operational InfraManager system, not only the first statistical information to evaluate our support service, but also a plan of our further actions with which we can independently continue the work.
