November 10, 2015. The project according to the analysis of sales, stocks and the range in retail for jewelry network Ziko of Belarus which will begin to analyze data on sales and stocks on all retail network using the system of the business analysis QlikView is begun.

Preproject inspections of databases started and unloading scripts form. Ready developments in the form of the analytical applications "Analysis of Sales", "Stock analysis", "Analysis of the Range" for retail network became a basis for the project. The command has wide experience in project implementation for retailers and retail chain stores.

Management of the company stopped the choice on the ready-made solution on category managers of retail chain stores, with adaptation to the jewelry industry. Existence of profile examination and own practices reduce an implementation time and allow to issue quickly the result demanded by the customer, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

Project Results

On November 10, 2016 the press service of A2 Consulting company announced project completion of system implementation of QlikView in jewelry network ZIKO.

In a project deliverable the technology of the analysis of sales, stocks and the range in retail for large jewelry network is implemented.

The 1C system from which QlikView takes data was data source. The analytical application is customized and configured according to industry requirements of the customer. For the organization of analytics of data and management of a goods flow in the jewelry industry, specialists of integrator involved the foreign expert to consultations.

Users of a system had an opportunity of the flexible analysis taking into account uniqueness of each position that is peculiar to the jewelry industry. Managers can carry out the analysis of price ranges, analyze the range, and data on sales, up to specific transaction.

Specialists of A2 Consulting provided training of end users – the staff of ZIKO, debugged the QlikView system and brought into operation.

the Main selection terms of a BI system were: flexibility, ability to integrate with the existing accounting system of 1C UT, a clear and user-friendly interface of the user. In the choice of integrator of the solution experience of successful implementation of similar projects, the official partner, presence of the certified specialists became decisive. During the project for us accurate problem definition since earlier such products were not used, it was difficult to formulate and systematize wishes for completion and setup was a key problem. At the moment integration of QV and database 1C directly through SQL is configured.

From the first results I could note the general reconsiderations of a possibility of the analysis. Before for the analysis were used by 1C and Excel. And it was very long and unproductively. Considerably time for data analysis in some directions decreased. As I see, managers actively use QlikView. But for better and effective use of opportunities of this product it is necessary to provide repeated training at more profound level. As me this product very much imposes the IT specialist. A user-friendly and simple interface, graphical representation of the analyzed data, excellent processing speed of requests for the big periods.

To us all was comfortable to work with a project team of A2 Consulting, in touch and are ready to come to the rescue. Very rapid response the arising difficulties and questions. In the long term we are going to develop creation of matrixes of goods in different cuts with a possibility of flexible configuration for optimization of stocks and increase in sales volume.
