The agency for housing mortgage lending (AHML) held an auction on purchase of licenses and support of products Microsoft - Windows Office (Professional Plus) Windows Server 2012 SQL Server and some other (the cm is more detailed in terms of reference[1])

The total quantity of licenses for office products which the AHML is going to purchase makes 610 pieces. As much licenses it is going to purchase for operating systems.

The initial amount of purchase was 107.4 million rubles. Holding the auction was planned for December 8, 2015.

Purchase results

On December 14, 2015 the commission of AHML considered auction participation applications. From 5 requests were only allowed to participation 3 - Systematics, USP Compulink and the beginner of the Russian IT market of Aytonika company.

To the companies "I-Teco" and "IT" it was denied access to an auction in connection with mismatch of requests to requirements of documentation.

The results of purchase were summed up on December 15, 2015. Aytonika which offered the agreement bottom price - 106.6 million rubles is recognized the winner of an auction. The second place was taken by Systematics which suggested to satisfy terms of the contract for 106.7 million rubles. "USP Compulink" did not participate in an auction.

The young system integrator "Aytonika" won an auction for which the largest IT companies of Russia applied

For Aytonika the auction of AHML became one of the first. The company was created in April, 2015 and by the end of 2015 had four won tenders behind shoulders - in addition to AHML of Aytonik supplied the server hardware and software for Information and analytical center of support of Justice state automated system and also the equipment for construction of the fiber-optic communication line of the Crimean railroad.
