E-com SignEx

SignEx is service for use of the EDS in the accounting system of the enterprise, it is started in September, 2015. The integration module SignEx is implemented based on the complete solution E-connector which allows to perform unloading of documents from the accounting system of the company. Service provides signing and sending documents of any format — from EDI (exchange of electronic data) to YuZEDO (legally significant electronic document management).

Properties of service:

• the ready tool for work with the legally significant document flow (LSDF)
• with the electronic digital signature (EDS)
• economy of money
• completions in the accounting system (AS) for work with cryptography are not required
• work with the EDS of any certified center
• fast integration into any US
• allows to work with YuZD and the reporting in US
• safe information transfer
• the guaranteed safety of documents and convenience of storage
• mass signing and sending documents (HH, PKHH, etc.)
• monitoring of all stages of work with YuZD (the statuses, checks on correctness)

The SignEx service is developed by the principle of the SOA solution (service-oriented architecture). Automation of the business functions necessary for the consumer is provided to these. The technology helps to solve several problems:

• scalability,
• integration of a data network,
• simplification of the procedure of management of networks,
• creation of a transparent system of interaction with other software solutions.

2015: For SignEx lifted VPN

On November 5, 2015 the E-com company announced increasing the level of security of data transmission in SignEx service.

"Hardware Cisco firewalls of a line of ASA allow to ensure safety of top-level data transmission, - Alexander Smirnov, the technical director of E-com noted. - In the products Cisco ASA the IPS technology which is used for detection of suspicious network traffic or behavior and prevention of the malicious attacks is implemented. Using IPS the analysis of network traffic in real time is made".

Load of the servers servicing SignEx service therefore in the company made the decision to increase their quantity that entailed need to improve means of protecting of data increased. After installation of Cisco screens performance of service grew, the processing speed and sendings electronic documents in EOEDM (the entrusted operator of electronic document management) increased.

Within service an opportunity - to secure traffic by means of "the protected data exchange tunnel" on VPN technology (Virtual Private Network) is in addition implemented. The functionality is established at the request of the user.

2016: Over 1 million invoices are transmitted through SignEx service in 6 months

The volume of traffic of Electronic Data Interchange between suppliers and retail chain stores using SignEx service since the beginning of 2016 exceeded 1 million documents. SignEx functions in the systems of such corporations as Selgros Cash&Carry, Coca-Cola, TD "Aysberri", consolidation Soyuzpishcheprom, providing mass data transmission in a foreground mode with the increased level of cryptographic protection.
