The retail network expanded the loyalty program with the Avarda system
The Far East retail network of the construction and finishing materials "SVIF" began use of the updated functionality of a software module of the Avarda.ERP system, the managing director of loyalty of buyers in 2016.
Using this solution the management of SVIF network is going to get additional benefits over competitors, having implemented the non-standard marketing ideas and also to personalize the relations with buyers, to increase their value, to expand and strengthen the existing customer base.
The managing director of loyalty a software module of the Avarda.ERP system contains more than 18 various schemes for interaction with wholesale and retail buyers. Each of schemes of work, in turn, has up to ten discount types. The retailer can classify all discount cards as "main" and "additional". The sense of separation is that now clients of SVIF network have an opportunity not only to combine options of use of discounts and bonuses, but also to offer the acquaintances "additional" cards of loyalty, earning bonuses and from their purchases. In addition, in all sales points of SVIF network the SMS service allowing to use the discount cards forgotten by the buyer in work began to work.
All works on modification and implementation of a software module were performed by specialists of Ansoft company, the developer and integrator of the Avarda.ERP system, with full support from the guide of the customer.

Svif started in 2015 a new format of drive-in shop running the Avarda.RetailNetwork system
The hardware store of the drive-in format belonging to the Khabarovsk network "Svif" began work in the automation system of retail AVARDA.RetailNetwork developed by the Russian software company Ansoft.
The implemented project allowed to include the new shopping facility in a common information space of Svif company which core since August, 2015 is the Avarda.ERP system. Using means of Avarda.RetailNetwork all specific business processes of the front office and a back office of hardware store of drive-in which at the moment is single retail project on space from Novosibirsk to Kamchatka Krai are automated.
The main feature of new shop is an opportunity to make a purchase from a car window. The buyer, in process of the movement on the vehicle on the selected band of shop, using loaders gathers goods necessary for it. Also there is an opportunity at once to select and reserve goods, having drawn "the soft check", and in process of the movement to an exit to load it into the car. Payment is made at departure, at the checkout. The range of shop assumes existence, generally large-size goods. The equipment in outlet is used standard – cash desks and bank terminals.
Flexible tools for pricing and management of loyalty of buyers became the most demanded functions of the AVARDA.RetailNetwork system in new shop. For the drive-in format the retailer uses more difficult, in comparison with standard, the system of motivation. The accumulative discount, the general discounts on groups of goods, a quantity discount, charge of bonuses as a percentage for purchasing amount and others is provided to buyers. Besides, individual price policy is applied to service of physical persons and legal entities in new shop.
Automation and start of the shopping facility were carried out by forces of IT department of retail network "Svif" with consulting support from Ansoft company.
