Lizingstroymash (1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8)

The Rice company completed automation of the current financial and economic activity of Lizingstroymash Ltd - the organization which is engaged in carrying out installation and construction works in the oil and gas industry. The project was under construction based on the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management".

Purpose and stages of the project

Recovery of operational activity of the company since the beginning of 2015 was a main goal of the project. It was implemented within the next stages:

• Data transfer on the accounting block – recovery and optimization of work of enterprise accounting.
• Data transfer on the block of the salary and personnel management – recovery of personnel activity.
• Treasury - systematization of the entering and outgoing cash flows of the company using implementation of the payment schedule and the income budget, and expenses.

Effects of the project

Based on work in Lizingstroymash Ltd complex business process automation of accounting, personnel department and finance division was implemented. Maintenance of a system is at the moment conducted.
