Magneton (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

The Rice company successfully completed the project on automation of personnel activity and payroll calculation in JSC Magneton Plant. The solution was under construction based on the product "1C: Payroll and HR Management". Magneton Plant is the enterprise owning the complex production technology and developments of microwave ferrite, dielectrics and products on their basis.

Project Tasks

The main objectives of the project were registration of personnel using systematization of data on employees, calculation and salary accrual, planned charges and deduction, calculation of taxes and insurance premiums and preparation of the regulated reporting.

Project Effect

As a result of system implementation "1C: Payroll and HR Management" is completely automated process of registration of personnel. Using creation of the processor of data loading and integration with a system the client bank of Sberbank is automated calculation and salary accrual taking into account the current legislation. Process of preparation of the regulated reporting by the personnel of the organization is considerably simplified.
