In Elekk Logistik "AXELOT: The Service data bus" is used by ESB for integration with 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management

"AXELOT: ESB the Service data bus" for integration into "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management"

Use of the software product "AXELOT: ESB the Service data bus" within the project of automation in a warehouse by Elekk Logistik allowed to create the common information space necessary for effective management of workflows.

The Elekkom Logistik LLC company founded in 2009 is the largest supplier of electronic components and electrotechnical products in Russia today. The company constructed a new warehouse in Cheboksary recently. The premises of 1650 sq.m. are intended for storage of different electric equipment and are capable to contain to 30,000 descriptions of goods.

Automation of accounting of goods and creation of necessary conditions for high-quality control of development of employees in a warehouse required implementation of the WMS system. Having studied possible options, the company stopped the choice on the 1C: WMS software product which fully solves all problems of the company and has flexible tools for rapid implementation. The AXELOT company became the contractor of the project

Within the project it was supposed to integrate the implemented WMS system with a corporate information system of the company - "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management". For achievement of maximum efficiency of work of information circuit of the enterprise it was decided to perform integration by means of the software product "AXELOT: ESB Service data bus".

After the end of the main works on setup, the WMS system using the software product "AXELOT: The Service data bus" was integrated by ESB with a corporate information system of the company. Setup of the implemented system for work with measured detachable goods – a cable became one of features of the project. Now employees of a warehouse after accomplishment of selection of cable products can specify a cable remaining balance on a drum and place it back in a store cell.

Also the add-on functional unit which is responsible for performance indicators and motivation of personnel was entered. Now employees of a warehouse show interest in a warehouse system and aim to gather the set regulation of points in a day.

Implementation of the WMS system and software product "AXELOT: ESB the Service data bus" allowed to optimize all technology processes in a warehouse of Elekkom Logistik LLC. The company management had a reliable tool for management of motivation and measure calculation of effective work of employees.
