EcoEMOS is a production management system (MES).

Dyurr developed a production management system as a matter of experience and for providing the detailed overview of production processes and data on consumption at any moment. EcoEMOS SCADA

Information from EcoEMOS SCADA is available in the preconfigured schemes displayed on easy to use displays. At the same time access to different local technical means is provided. All data in real time are available in an operations control room and in all computers of the equipment.

EcoEMOS SCADA is the tool for effective management of production which is not depending on the equipment. For short term all necessary data can be provided to the user by means of functions of the detailed analysis. Signal functions and reviews provide a fast response time, excepting expensive idle times. The maximum operational readiness is provided with a standby server. Management of users (separate login) sets the individual rights for the maximum security.

EcoEMOS Storage

The Durr company provided with the module EcoEMOS Storage the solution allowing customers to set active and purposeful control over warehouse spaces. Direct access to the general database allows to create the clear system of documentary confirmation of warehouse contents and to precisely classify data on a product from the moment of introduction of the order to production (ERP) to a car body.

By the rules conforming to individual requirements of the customer, the strategy of inventory management from FiFo (expenditures on first come) it can be changed to selective processes. In the same way delivery of batches and bodies to different sections can be displayed.

EcoEMOS Management

The module of management works, mainly, with key indicators, in real time. The module has data access in real time and to processes. Aggregated data are processed in one database.

The classifications generating KPI (key performance indicator) are created. Real-time processing causes permanent data-refresh. The standard menu provides navigation.

Processing and data writing on sections of production comes down in graphics based on extensive know-how. Using standard interfaces does not matter whether production systems are provided by Dyurr company or other producers. Management of EcoEMOS – flexible: changes of a production equipment can be easily adapted in all schemes.

Use of a product can be provided with the trained administrator and does not require software specialist.

Management of users (separate login) is defined by individual security policies.
