Mosaic synthesis (1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse (1C: WMS))

Project Tasks:

• Unify personnel for preparation of different order types: wholesale, retail and orders of online store

Specifics of the solution:

• Requirements of all orders are considered and process which allows to provide accomplishment of all requirements depending on a delivery mode (courier services, Russian Post, own couriers, etc.) is implemented
  
• Data exchange between WMS, a corporate information system and a management system for online store is implemented using "AXELOT: ESB Service data bus"
  
• Data exchange with the program of preparation of a makrirovka of Russian Post is implemented
  
• Processes "Sorting of documents according to orders" and "Sorting of labels according to loads" are implemented

Project Results:

• Remaining balance on all warehouse is available in real time now
  
• Reduction of time expenditure due to lack of need for search of goods in a warehouse
  
• Speed of assembly of the order for 30-50% due to exact routing and automation of work with deviations at selection increased
  
• Considerably the dependence on personnel decreased: collectors of orders can qualitatively and quickly collect all order types without separation on specialization now (wholesale orders, retail, orders of online stores)
  
• Operations on pre-sale preparation are arranged
  
• Reaction time at deviations is reduced
  
• Time of training of new personnel was reduced
