Specialists of AXELOT carried out normalization of the reference book of material resources containing more than 12,000 nomenclature positions of our company.
Within project implementation specialists of AXELOT company developed the qualifier allowing just to perform conveniently and search of positions of MTR. A certain nomenclature group of the qualifier and the individual code was appropriated to each nomenclature position. Besides, the coding of all normalized positions on the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities, products and services was performed that allowed to reduce significantly time and resource expenditure by accomplishment of competitive procedures on public electronic marketplaces.
As a result of project implementation the reference reference book containing the unified records coordinated to the internal qualifier of group, and also with the qualifier of a RCEAP was created, its relevance and consistency are provided, the quality of work of staff of Investgeoservice group both in the field of purchasing activity, and in production processes considerably increased.
