Alexey was born on April 15, 1968 in Moscow.
In 1991 got an education in Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In 1993 - degree of MVA in Georgetown University (USA) and INSEAD (France).
Since 1992 worked in companies "Procter & Gamble" in Italy and "Transworld" in the USA
From 1998 to 2000 worked as the partner of "McKinsey & Co".
Created EMAX company.
Since 2001 works direktorjv EMAX and CAFEMAX companies.
In 2002 was a part of the supervisory board of consortium "Alfa Group".
In 2005 worked as the chief executive officer of Altimo.
From 2008 to 2010 worked as the chairman of the board of directors of JSC VimpelCom company.
From 2010 to 2012 the member of the supervisory board of VimpelCom Ltd.
