The center of services in the field of purchases

The Center of Services in the field of Purchases (TsUZ LLC) LLC - offers cooperation to the customers conducting procurement of goods, works and services for the state and municipal needs and also separate types of legal entities.

The company renders services:

• to customers and bidders when purchasing goods, works, services according to the Federal law of July 18, 2011 N 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities".
• the specialized organization for accomplishment of separate functions of the customer by determination of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) by carrying out tender (an open competition, tender with limited participation, two-stage tender, closed competition, closed competition with limited participation, the closed two-stage tender) and an auction (an electronic auction, private auction) in compliance the sfederalny law of April 05, 2013 N 44-FZ "About a contract system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs".
• to participants of the purchases performing deliveries of goods, execution of works and rendering services according to Law 44-FZ.
• on tendering according to the requirements set by the Order of FAS of February 10, 2010 No. 67 "About an order of carrying out tenders or auctions on the right of signing of the contracts of lease, agreements of free use, property trust management agreements, other agreements providing transition of rights of possession and (or) uses concerning the state or municipal property and the list of types of property concerning which the conclusion of the specified agreements can be performed by tendering in the form of tender".
• to the commercial organizations for the organization of purchases of goods, works, services by tendering for own needs.

TsUZ LLC has the only, registered in the Vladimir region regional electronic marketplace VladZakupki (VladZakupki ETP) (www.vladzakupki.ru) for the organization and carrying out purchases electronically according to the provisions of the law 223-FZ and for commercial customers.
