"The center of services in the field of purchases" started regional ETP

On October 9, 2015 the NAUMEN company announced the project of creation of VladZakupki ETP on the platform "Naumen of ETP" by request of "The Center of Services in the field of Purchases" company.

Project Progress

The regional marketplace is created on the basis of a software platform "by Naumen Electronic marketplace" ("Naumen of ETP") and intended for holding trade procurement procedures in compliance 223-FZ, purchases of business companies. The project was executed by NAUMEN company.

Project Results

"Works on development and deployment of the VladZakupki electronic trading system are performed by the NAUMEN command in a short time. We received the ready instrument of automation of process of tendering in two months from the moment of start of the project. It became possible thanks to experience of the developer used by it technologies of implementation and high degree of readiness of functionality of a system of "Naumen of ETP", – Marianna Ivanova, the director of TsUZ LLC noted. – Today the platform successfully works, helping customers to put the purchases in order and to get rid of unreasonable costs".

Due to close integration of VladZakupki ETP with the all-Russian website of purchases end-to-end document flow and automatic information transfer at order placement on zakupki.gov.ru is provided.
