Audit-Escort: Accounting of the builder

The product "Accounting of the Builder" is intended for automation of accounting and tax accounting of the organizations which are builders.

Features and program capabilities:

• Conducting project (item-by-item) accounting;
• Accumulation of costs on construction objects together with the VAT on separate accounts of financial accounting 08.76 and 19.76, costs collect by projects (buildings), at the same time in building there can be several queues;
• Accumulation of costs on services of the builder together with the VAT on accounts 20.01 and 19.20;
• The flexible mechanism of allocation of costs depending on their type (engineering networks, social objects, the main body and so forth), the mechanism of distribution is configured by default, at the same time can be changed by the user manually, different allocation bases can be set, the share of costs to distribution, etc. can be specified;
• Distribution of the VAT together with costs with an opportunity to specify for each costs and/or for each final object inclusion of the VAT in cost value or its acceptance to a deduction, thus after allocation of costs and the VAT is known how many the entering VAT (with detailing to the invoice) which is deductible is the share of each final object;

The source code of the product "Accounting of the Builder" is completely open for changes. There is no need of installation of security keys. The unlimited number of users is allowed.
