Audit-Escort: Accounting of the credits and loans

The product "Accounting of the Credits and Loans" is intended for automation of accounting and tax accounting received and issued in rubles or foreign currency of the credits and loans.

The program is developed according to requirements of PBU-15 "Accounting of loans and credits and costs on their service" and Chapter 25 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (regarding tax accounting of costs for service of the credits and loans).

The product can be useful to the companies which use the received borrowed funds directly on acquisition and (or) construction of investment assets. Interest is accrued taking into account a difficult order of use of borrowed funds: partially on an investment asset, partially on the other purposes.

Features and program capabilities:

• Accounting of data on the credit/loan obtained and issued;
• Change of conditions of the credit/loan which is obtained/issued with history logging of former conditions;
• Accounting of the movement on the borrowed funds which are received/issued;
• Accounting of referrals of use of the got borrowed funds: on acquisition/construction of an investment asset (account 08), for other needs (account 91);
• Charge of percent taking into account the directions of use;
• Control of a limit of the accepted expenses on Tax accounting;
• Charge of the monthly commissions and penalties; it is made automatically under all agreements;
• Possibility of recalculation of percent, commissions, penalties;
• Reports to the credits and percent.

The "Accounting of the Credits and Loans" configuration is not independent, it is necessary to have the set configuration Enterprise accounting on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform for its work.

After installation of the "Accounting of the Credits and Loans" software product the order of standard updating of the 1C: Accounting 8 program is not broken.

The source code of the product "Accounting of the Credits and Loans" is completely open for changes. The configuration is not protected.
