Tekhnostr completed implementation of a BPM system

On July 21, 2016 the Elma company announced an ELMA system implementation project in Tekhnostrom company.

Project Results

Implementation helped to automate processes of customer interaction of the company, work on approval of agreements, a number of legal processes on debt collection from partners of the enterprise.

Sale of the mechanism of accounting of pieces of equipment of the company and components of parts, with a binding to data on planned works, active tasks and business processes in which the equipment is involved became an important stage of the project. A BPM system traces an operating time of the equipment and signals about the expiration of terms of its operation, automatically creates a number of reports on use course, repair of parts and pieces of equipment necessary for the enterprise.

Within an implementation project are implemented:

• Integration of a system with LDAP, e-mail, 1C.
• Check on a TIN during creation of cards of partners in a system.
• Automatic reassignment of tasks at substitution of employees.
• Circuit of CRM, contractual and legal processes, circuit "Card of a piece of equipment".

With implementation BPM- systems ELMA, the company "Tekhnostr" received the solution corresponding to specifics of activity and requirements of the enterprise.
