Psychoneurological clinic No. 1 completed the formation of uniform space of communications

On November 10, 2015 the LanKey company announced the organization of uniform communication space by request of branch of State-funded health institution of Lunatic clinical asylum No. 1 of N.A. Alekseev of the Moscow Department of Healthcare "Psychoneurological clinic No. 1".

Project Tasks

In 2015 the PKB No. 1 of N.A. Alekseev organized an auction for determination of the contractor on execution of works on installation of the IP telephony for needs of Psychoneurological clinic No. 1.

According to requirements of the public contract it was required to install, configure and put into operation of the IP PBX. Special point - the requirement according to which all works should be carried out in the conditions of the operating enterprise, without stopping medical process and acceptance of patients.

Based on the held auction the LanKey company integrator which proposed the optimal solution answering to the purposes and project tasks became the contractor.

Project Progress

Fulfilling obligations under the public contract, LanKey unrolled the local distributed telephone network in the territory of Psychoneurological clinic No. 1 in which the IP PBX of Panasonic is installed.

The next stage executes integration between the IP PBX into PND No. 1 and the head-end set in the territory of the PKB No. 1 of N.A. Alekseev. These actions helped to integrate communication systems in two medical institutions in uniform communication space that raised an information exchange rate and quality of work with patients.

Upgrade of communication systems is executed taking into account a possibility of further scaling and capability to expansion of a telephone network, not only the equipment of production of Panasonic, but also phones of other producers, compatible to it.

For convenience of patients and personnel the functionality of the auto attendant and voice mail is included. All project works are performed in time, according to the public contract.

Project Results

Installation of communication systems happened on weekdays, without breaking an operating mode of medical institutions and without interfering with the treatment-and-prophylactic processes.
