The communication system of Emercom of Russia – the departmental multifunction system intended for solving of tasks of public administration and ensuring coordination of activity of federal executive authorities in the field of civil defense, in the field of protection of the population and territories against emergencies and also implementation in accordance with the established procedure of collecting, processing and information exchange.

AMTEL-SERVICE is responsible for support of a data network, information security system, system of a video conferencing, the IP telephony. The company provides uniform point of entry and uniform level of service for all objects of a system in the territory of 85 subjects of the Russian Federation. Within project implementation the round-the-clock line of technical support of the 2nd and 3rd level, the organization of warehouses ZIPS and substitution fund for fast substitution of the equipment is provided.

AMTEL-SERVICE is included into a pool of duties the round-the-clock monitoring, carrying out the scheduled preventive and recovery work aimed at secured provision of required qualitative parameters and ensuring uninterrupted operation of work and fault tolerance of the equipment of the communication system of Emercom of Russia. The held events are intended to prolong service life of network infrastructure of the customer also.
