In 2018 the director Haertle Stroy, the French engineer Ignace Haertle, told about features of implementation in the company of a BPM system.
Prerequisites
"Ertl Stroy" is engaged in construction of production facilities, agrofood complexes, logistic and shopping centers.
In 2012 — 2015 the company endured sharp jump of growth: the staff was increased from ten employees to several hundred, the range of services extended. "Ertl Stroy" passed to execution of works on construction and "turnkey" design, began to conduct independently gendpodryad and to make monolithic reinforced concrete structures.
The company thought of purchase of the tool for building and process automation. Having studied the market of solutions, specialists Ertl Stroy stopped on ELMA.[1]
Tasks
The main objective of the project consisted in automation of calculation of project costs of the company.
The tool corresponding to specifics of the industry was required. In spite of the fact that Ertl Stroy — the multifunction company, it does not provide all types of construction services. In many parts of projects subcontract organizations are connected.
Many projects (around 20-30) and work types are at the same time kept. Objects under construction, even within one country, are widely scattered territorially. Managers of the company need to conduct daily intensive calculation of quotations and volumes of the contract

Solution
On the ELMA BPM platform in Ertl Stroy own system of calculation of project costs is created. It automatically sums up object construction costs — the salary of specialists Ertl Stroy, payment of services of contract organizations, cost of logistics and business trips.
In a system basic processes of document flow and personnel procedures are automated, the CRM tools, the reporting, indicators and metrics are configured.
From purchase of the platform till the moment when I could start basic processes on projects, there passed two years. We customized a lot of things and now almost we do not use the built-in ready modules. Flexibility — main advantage of ELMA. The used processes
Specialists of the company actively work with document flow processes: "Approval", Consideration, Acquaintance. Besides, the CRM applicaiton and those processes which were thought up independently — Commercial offer, Payment, Account, personnel procedures is used.
Result of implementation
As a result of implementation financial risks on projects due to creation of base of contract organizations, control of transactions of specialists and amounts of completed work are reduced.
Building is the place of strict control because of a large number of risks. A system in this plan helped us to increase financial security. When we address contract organizations in a point of project implementation and we agree about cooperation, the manager creates information on the transaction in a system, fixes the cost and volume of services. So the database forms. Then there is a stage of approval in the course of which we verify quotations with base. If the contract successfully passes, on its termination our employees compare the stated and executed amount of works. We strenuously try to consolidate and control all nuances of projects in a system, - told Inyas Ertl. |
In addition, ELMA allowed to simplify the procedure of delegation and to increase the speed of accomplishment of tasks due to process automation of production and document flow. As a result the company managed to expand the market of provision of services and opened new representations in Poland and the CIS countries.

Development plans
The company continues to work on the organization of electronic document management and creation of the database which could process big arrays of information.
