Eplan Pro Panel

Eplan Pro Panel is the software for design of electric cabinets. Supports the 3D mode - design.

The product allows to work over the project in the mode of configuration of a cabinet on the basis of the developed electric circuit or at once to develop configuration of a cabinet in 3D. Work with the placed devices is conveniently organized thanks to navigators and lists. At placement of elements a system automatically checks correctness of positioning of devices on the mounting plate. The innovative technology of "eTouch" allows to locate conveniently and to precisely align components on the mounting plate. At the same time the rules set by equipment manufacturer and intervals of installation, the correct positioning of devices, a cable channels and mounting rails, including control of intersection of surfaces are considered. The overview of all mounted devices and components in navigators allows to control what products used in the project are placed and what are not present yet. Reports and bills of materials contain exact information on elements including about those which have the variable length (such as mounting rails or cable channels). Changes in the scheme or configuration end-to-end also work for all project. At configuration change a system automatically updates drawings and specifications. The relevance of data is provided to these.

Coordination

The software is made by creation 3D - configurations available even for the novice user. In a 3D model it is provided and information necessary for accomplishment of openings and notches on machines can be in addition processed. In addition to general views, special templates for drilling of openings can be created. Data on constructive changes in the body, mounting plates and doors, can be transferred to CNC machines. Deep data integration is also provided during creation of model of electrical connections. Results of virtual optimization of laying of wires and cables, in turn, can be used for optimization of the scheme. The quality level of design of constructs covers all development phases of a product. Existence realistic 3D - representations guarantees high-quality data for production, installation and operation. The lack of project errors provides acceleration of production of the equipment and decrease in material costs.
