On November 12, 2015 ALP Group announced contract signature on IT service of retail network of Ideas4retail group.
Project Results
For November 12, 2015 ALP Group provides external IT service:
- 50 Imaginarium shops,
- 13 Mamas&Papas shops,
- 7 Cookhouse shops,
- 5 Hamleys shops.
Imaginarium (2014)
The customer gets incidental support of shops, request processing of staff of outlets and other organizational and technical services — for ensuring smooth operation of information systems and business continuity. Parameters of these services are recorded in agreements on the level of service (SLA).
Process control of service of Ideas4retail shops happens by means of the Service Desk system of ALP Group company. The customer independently creates requests in a system, conducts operating control of their execution, current statuses and a work progress; if necessary it can raise a priority of the most urgent requests.
Service Desk provides a feedback and allows users to create the monthly reports showing different "cuts" of service of information systems.
