Onlyoffice Enterprise Edition is server solution, a system for joint work and document management.

Unlike Onlyoffice open source of the version, all modules and tools were a part of a product, direct access to the Control panel, tool kit is provided for fast and easy automation of setup of office.

2016: Server solution of ONLYOFFICE Enterprise Edition without restrictions on number of users

Ascencio System SIA, developer company of the office software, provided in April, 2016 updates of the server version of the software - ONLYOFFICE Enterprise Edition.

  • New prices and tariff plans. A limit by the number of users is lifted. Now the subscription to ONLYOFFICE Enterprise Edition is available to an unlimited number of users at uniform price — $1500 a year. In a new tariff plan — ONLYOFFICE Enterprise Editions the Standard — are included access to all modules and tools, the Control panel for easy management of virtual office and its regular updates and also technical support by email within 48 hours.
  • Desktop editors of ONLYOFFICE are included. Recently developers released the ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors application for work with documents offline. The application allows to work with texts, tables and the presentation without connection to the Internet and also provides a portal connectivity for collective work on documents. Twenty five licenses on desktop editors are already included in the cost of a subscription to Enterprise Edition.
  • Updating of online editors of ONLYOFFICE. ONLYOFFICE Document Editors v. 3.7 are available to installation. In addition to a bug fixes and the general corrections, in the new version enhanced capabilities of work with fields (margins), viewing 3D charts and columns appeared. Users of Enterprise Edition can update editors, having used the Control panel.
  • Activation of ONLYOFFICE Enterprise Edition without connection to the Internet. Security — an extremely important question for all companies. For this reason developers added a feature to complete the ONLYOFFICE installation in a local network, without connection to the Internet.
