ELMA KPI is a system for permission of problems of increase in effectiveness of activity of the company by means of control of key indicators and objective job evaluation of employees.

ELMA KPI is the tool allowing to enter the term "efficiency" into a daily company performance including each employee. Set, both sample parameters for groups, and unique – for key staff, providing necessary flexibility and transparency of a system of motivation.

The KPI system proposes the solution which will help to correlate prompt actions at all levels to the purposes of the company and to construct a monitoring system of progress and correction of the purposes.

ELMA KPI helps to customize the system of the strategic and operational objectives of the company, to define indicators by which it is possible to measure the movement to the purpose, "to bind" the relevant activities. To timely obtain necessary information on the arising obstacles and to carry out correction of a rate on the basis of data, but not the assumptions.

The product is represented by the designer. He helps to transfer hierarchy of the purposes of the organization, having built a tree of the purposes.

Process of creation of a system of the purposes in ELMA is developed for heads who can add the new purposes and adjust operating, without attracting IT specialists.

In a special application Designer of ELMA the manager can appoint actions, indicators, to set the personal responsibility.

The ELMA KPI system - the designer of KPI solutions. On an input at the user the blank sheet, the user fills it with terms of the company. Therefore a system most close corresponds to the principles of management in the company at the time of the beginning of its use and is capable to develop together with the company, at emergence of the new purposes or change of an organization structure of the company.


Control and monitoring

A system helps to manage efficiency, she offers tools for adoption of operational solutions. It is possible receive on-line statistics and analytics for meetings without generating paper reports.

A system allows to visualize necessary data, to keep track of the current value and a trend.

Each indicator, depending on that, is executed at the moment planned value on it or not colored in some of flowers: green, yellow or red.

The organization of access for functional roles guarantees display to the user only of that set of indicators who is necessary for it for work.


Indicator card

ELMA KPI allows to accumulate all necessary information on an indicator for the analysis of changes. The card of an indicator gives the chance to transfer statistical data to visual model.

It is possible "to fail" in each indicator and to learn responsible, dynamics of changes.

If there are questions on measure values, it is possible to address responsible at once. All correspondence will be saved in an indicator card.

A system stores a change history of an indicator and it is always possible to see how the measure value grew or fell eventually.


Control panels

For evident data view a system allows to create "mouse" the control panels displaying values and dynamics of change of indicators.

Control panels are convenient for the fast analysis of a situation and conducting meetings.

At correctly configured control panels of a meeting "on Monday" it is possible to turn from long discussions into fast variance analysis and search of ways of improvement.

Control panels can be configured, both for functional groups of indicators, and according to the specific user, providing information in a required section.

2015: ELMA KPI 3.8

On November 20, 2015 the ELMA company announced upgrade of software to the version of ELMA KPI 3.8 as a part of the ELMA software complex.

Changes in ELMA KPI 3.8 concerned cards of the purposes, mechanisms of data collection were added, approach for creation of control panels changed and setup of a system became simpler.

Purposes / Cards are more whole

Cards of the purposes in ELMA KPI perform 2 functions: allow to create a basis for the system of indicators and allow to make setting of tasks SMARTS not in a random way, and according to the purposes of the company.

The mechanism of work with cards of the purposes in ELMA KPI looks as follows:

The tree of the purposes forms (we transfer already ready tree of the purposes to a system) We tie to it indicators During the time frame (it can be half a year, year or more) people who are engaged in development of the company implement the purposes, from month to month creating the plan and tying this plan to the approved purposes As a result during the period it is possible to understand what actions became also whom, it is how effective for achievement of the goal. The tool is convenient for project implementation of organizational development of the company – allows to be guided by the clear purposes for a long time.

In version 3.8 added a new feature – now the purpose can specify, add new during a planning period and all this can be done of the browser.

The card of the purposes can be edited and in implementation process of the purposes (who can do it it is regulated by access rights) – it often is useful on fast correction of the purposes of division.

At the same time all current approaches work – it is always possible to look at what tasks are planned for achievement of this or that purpose.


Data collection

ELMA KPI allows to organize data collection or manually, or in the automatic mode.

Tools for manual data collection are improved.

In version 3.8 the editor who looks as the MS Excel is added. Now filling of planned and actual measure values is also simple, as well as filling of the sheet in Excel.

Innovation – ready blocks for business processes for collecting of measure values. It is necessary to collect 2 types of values – planned and actual. The simplest is sales plans for the period. For a number of the companies the plan – not the constant, depends on seasonality, other factors. And considering these factors personal plans are exposed at the beginning of the period. Now there is an opportunity to strongly ask process – to make enough business process which will be started the 1st of the period (month, quarter, half-year) and to set to the head of sales department a task.

It is similarly possible to arrange and collecting of the actual values – it is simple to start at the end of the period process for collecting. And the flexibility of the mechanism of business processes will allow to deliver is admissible not one task, and a little – in this case each of contractors enters the set of values, and in general we receive a ready picture with the actual values.


Control panels

To version 3.8 creation of control panels was made in the Designer of ELMA. From version 3.8 approach and transfer of formation of Control panels in the web interface is simplified. Schedule types, ELMA, available in the form of standard portlets, are developed.

The tool in the Designer will be available to drawing of control panels some time – everything that was made will be still available to the configurations created to version 3.8.


Setup of indicators Are configured color of an indicator and how the measure value will be transferred to efficiency percent. The percent of efficiency is necessary for inclusion of an indicator in an efficiency matrix some of employees – it will allow to bind accomplishment of planned values and efficiency of human activity.
