JSC Scientific and Technical Company MODULNEFTEGAZKOMPLEKT – dynamically developing enterprise which specialization is development and delivery of the highly effective modern equipment for oil-producing enterprises. The company performs the whole complex of the works including:

inspection of oil-field objects and issue of engineering solutions; design and construction of again under construction objects; production and delivery of complete production lines, installations of preparation of oil, installations of preliminary reset of water, booster pump stations, central rallying points, block sectional pump stations, mobile test separators, torch installations, separate devices and nodes; reconstruction and re-equipment of the existing installations; development and deployment of modern technical and software tools APCS; balancing and commissioning, designer's service and service maintenance of objects. JSC NTK Modulneftegazkomplekt the enterprise which is annually increasing production volumes and improving the infrastructure for the purpose of ensuring the scientific and productive activity, expansion of the sphere and geography of use of the equipment. The Doctor of Engineering, the honourable oil industry worker of Russia of Hooks Victor Aleksandrovich heads the company. He is a large specialist in the field of the systems of collecting and preparation of products of wells. Creation of unique technologies of preparation of oil, gas and water, development of the oil and gas equipment for their use on the installations of preliminary reset of water (IPRW) and the oil preparation installations (OPI) is result of works of the company. In them processes of separation of gas, dehydration of oil and water purification from oil products and mechanical impurity for its use in the system of the maintenance of reservoir pressure (MRP) are combined.

On the basis of developments of the company in the industry the new direction – installations of preliminary reset of water in pipe execution is created. In these devices processes of department of gas, dehydration of oil and water purification without application of settlers, in certain cases without heating are combined.

So far more than 90 objects of UPN, UPSV, the GPP, BKNS of NTK MNGK constructed with participation are operated on oil and gas objects of Rosneft, Lukoil, TNK-BP, Gazprom, the SIBUR, Rusvyetpetro, Novatek, KazMunaiGas, Mangistaumunaygaz, SAUTS-OYL and other companies of the Russian Federation and the CIS. A number of similar installations is in a construction stage.

Developments of MNGK are directed to the solution of the ecological tasks connected with the maximum utilization of a petroleum gas, decrease in harmful emissions of oil products in the atmosphere and reservoirs.

For reliability augmentation and service life of the equipment the complex of actions for protection of metal against corrosion using internal coatings of pipes and devices and also polymeric and corrosion-resistant materials for production of internal elements is used.

The enterprise is an owner more than 100 inventions, 30 of which is patented and used on oil-producing enterprises of the Russian Federation and Bashkortostan. Some of them are recognized the best inventions in Russia and entered to the database of advanced Russian developments.

The engineering center Ufa is development of modern technological solutions for production of new types of technology equipment for construction new and upgrades of the existing objects; AO NTK'S representation of "MNGK" Moscow is operational customer interaction which offices are located in the capital; NIPI ONGM LLC Ufa – Design of arrangement of oil, gas, gas-condensate fields; oil refineries; Gas station, oil depots, bulk platforms; reconstruction of the existing objects; Belkhimmash LLC Belebey is production of the capacitive equipment; MNGK-Kazakhstan LLP of Aktau is the organization of work in the Republic of Kazakhstan; The plant on production and assembly of the oil-field equipment to Belebey (BPC) – production of packaged equipment and metalwork. For providing the high level of service of customers, the quality management system is certified in accordance with GOST P ISO 9001-2008 (No. ROSS RU.IF30. K00084). In staff of the company engineers of the different directions work: technologists, designers, automation specialists, highly skilled workers and setup personnel, office workers.

On production there is a certified laboratory of non-destructive testing for confirmation of quality of products. Shipment is organized both railway, and a car by transport for what there are appropriate access roads.
